What Is Dysmenorrhea (Menstrual Cramps)?
Menstrual cramps, or dysmenorrhea, occur at the end of a woman’s menstrual cycle and result from contractions of the uterus in the effort to discharge the lining from the previous month. A chemical group known as prostaglandins are responsible for initiating these contractions. As a result, drugs that inhibit prostaglandins work well to limit the pain associated with this. Ibuprofen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) are quite helpful. Women with dysmenorrhea are generally fertile. Severity of symptoms varies greatly from woman to woman, and from one time to the next in the same woman. Dysmenorrhea usually is less severe after a woman has had a baby.

Two tablets of Acne-R taken twice a day after meals, along with two tablet of Leuchoren (one in morning and one tablet in evening).

What is Leukorrhea?

White discharge from the vagina accompanied by backache, general debility, constipation or headache.
